What it is
On a new build the roof is a schedule item and a finish item at the same time. It has to dry in when the framing is ready so the trades inside can work, and it has to look right at the final walk because it is the biggest thing anyone sees from the street. We work with builders and owner builders on custom homes, additions, casitas, and shops, running tile, foam, or shingle systems to the plan, hitting the dry in date, and finishing with the straight lines and clean flashings that separate a real roof from a fast one.

Plans and takeoff
We read the plans, price the system, and lock the dry in window with your schedule.

Dry in
Underlayment and flashings on when the framing calls for it, so the inside trades keep moving.

Install the system
Tile, foam, or shingle to the spec on the plans, with every valley and penetration detailed.

Final walk
We walk it with the builder and the owner, punch list at zero, before anyone signs off.
